PP-GF30-0453 P10/10-XH
Forever
The material PP-GF30-0453 P10/10-XH is a type of polypropylene that is reinforced with 30% long glass fibers. It has low emissions and the fibers are chemically attached to the polypropylene matrix. The pellets used for molding are cylindrical and typically have 10mm long embedded fibers. When parts are molded using CELSTRAN, they have exceptional mechanical properties such as high strength, stiffness, and resistance to heat. The presence of the fiber skeleton in the parts increases their notched impact strength in both high and low temperatures. Additionally, the long fiber reinforcement significantly reduces creep and the molded parts have minimal warpage due to their very even shrinkage in all directions. This material is suitable for manufacturing functional and structural parts for automobiles, and complex parts can be consistently produced using injection molding.
